I can’t see the Article in the dashboard & blog Site

Below are the possible reasons & how to fix the same

1. Article Isn't Published on Notion

For an article to be visible on the dashboard, it needs to be published in your Notion workspace. Unpublished articles remain hidden from the dashboard to prevent premature or unready content from being displayed.
Solution:
Check the status of your article in Notion and ensure it's marked as published. If it's in draft status, follow our guide on How to Publish Your Article from Draft to change its status.

More than one Article with the same name

Each Article, Category and author needs to have a unique name as that is used to make the slug for the URL of the page. You will be warned in the dashboard to fix this issue of duplicate names.
Solution:
See the list provided in the warning message and fix the names to ensure uniqueness.

Article Was Deleted

If an article was deleted in Notion, it would no longer appear on our platform's dashboard. This is a straightforward scenario, yet one that could easily be overlooked.
Solution:
Confirm that the missing article hasn’t been deleted. If necessary, restore the deleted article from Notion's trash to have it reappear on the dashboard.

Older Regenerated Data is Displayed

Our platform retains the previously regenerated data to maintain consistency and accessibility. If you've made changes in Notion but haven’t clicked on Regenerate all pages on the dashboard, the old data will continue to be displayed, masking any recent updates.
Solution:
Whenever you make changes to your articles in Notion, be sure to click on the Regenerate all pages button on the dashboard. This action refreshes the data, reflecting all the recent updates and changes you’ve made in Notion on our platform.
